Guides members to available online service options
Trains members on various literacy topics of interest
Teaches basic Microsoft Software courses
Administers quarterly entrance examinations to individuals to demonstrate progression
Contacts potential members provided by outreach staff
Performs Job Readiness Training components on a weekly basis
