Provide and deliver AML compliance consulting services to our clients predominantly within the fund and asset management spaceLiaise with Cayman Islands funds, Registered Persons, and Fund Administrators to review and prepare quarterly AML Compliance report for clientsConduct CDD/EDD onboarding and periodic reviews on investors including the preparation of relevant documents required and maintenance of the registersConduct one-off and ongoing screening and maintain relevant master lists for screening clientsPrepare presentations for in-person/virtual AML trainings for Cayman Islands and Hong Kong clientsWrite or edit / review client alerts / regulatory updates on matters pertaining to AMLImplementing and driving efficiency within the team, supervising tasks performed by other team membersCo-operate with other relevant stakeholders including but not limited to the ongoing support teams, licensing and projects to ensure consistency of service to clientsStay up to date with new regulatory changes and developments to brief team members and clients on applicabilityLeading training of new and existing joiners, and other colleagues covering areas such as remediation projects, latest regulations, change in operational processes and refreshers as and when required.Perform any other ad hoc duties / projects as assigned by the ManagerOtherSupport the department as required within the confines of role.Undertake any additional reasonable duties or special projects as required by the firm.
