Island Host ResponsibilitiesIsland Host supervisor must be fluent in either Turkish, Russian or GermanAble to supervise, train, and coach the Island Hosts team according to established standards and guidelinesCollaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requestsHandle guests complaints and perform service recovery as neededReport any guests complaints to the line manager and maintain records in the appropriate system(s)Interact with the guests to ensure their needs and preferences are metAdministration & CoordinationPrepare monthly staff attendance report for Payroll processingPrepare and manage the Island Hosts roster and assign dutiesManage daily arrivals and departures to the property and create necessary documentsHandle other administrative tasks related to guest servicesMaintain a complete knowledge of all the latest features, services & promotions so as to provide prompt and accurate responses to all enquiries by guests/Island HostsPerform duties and responsibilities with fairness and maintain confidentiality
