Become a Fleet Attendant of an Autonomous Shuttle in Downtown Providence!
PDW Performance Driven Workforce is hiring drivers as part of the launch of a self driving electric shuttle service. Would you like to be part of the latest technology as it becomes available to the general public and create your own work schedule?
Job Description:
The primary role of the driver is to ride in the vehicle, make sure it functions properly and take corrective action if needed.
The secondary (but still very important) role is ensure passengers feel comfortable riding and answers questions if asked
We are looking for eager, passionate people who have exceptional communication skills
All drivers will be trained prior to deployment
Talking points will be provided along with the training
Fleet Attendants will be shuttling passengers on pre-planned routes throughout downtown Providence
Vehicles run from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM Monday through Sunday
No automotive technical experience is required.

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Must have at least 2 years of U.S. driving experience.
May have to walk to and from the office and the actual driving route.
Ability to work in small & compact spaces.
Must be available to train multiple days during the week.
Ability to pass a written driving test, read maps, notices & service updates and follow directions.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English)
