We are a growing company covering 5 states currently looking for the right candidates to train to become a Samsung field service technician and join our Service team in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We are a Samsung Service company doing mainly warranty work but also provide COD service to our clients.
Job Description:
Samsung technicians diagnose and repair all kitchen and laundry appliances including washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators ovens and Televisions while providing superior service in each customer's home. We will train and get you certified to perform all repairs listed above.
Job Qualification:
Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, High school diploma, customer service experience most important- your ability to communicate and work as a team player w/ a great attitude! Need to be extremely mechanically inclined. Must be able to work Independently, be organized and service oriented. Meeting key performance metrics and/or productivity goals, Background screening and drug tested mandatory.
