Maintenance Technician
Full Time Days, 5 days per week 1 weekend per month on call rotation

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
Perform routine facility maintenance (interior touch ups, painting, and completion of daily work orders as needed
Minor electrical work (changing light bulbs/ballasts/running new outlets)
Light carpentry
Minor plumbing
HVAC equipment maintenance (changing fan belts/motors/air filters)
Seasonal grounds maintenance (shoveling/sanding)
Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician:
High School Diploma required
Experience and knowledge of boiler and generator operation preferred
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred
