Requirements
Valid and good driver's license reliable transportation A strong understanding of the importance to provide an over the top, extraordinary customer experience Understands the importance to a small business of showing up as scheduled Positive minded In search of a future beyond the normal rat race Non smokers preferred Understand the importance of leaving things better than you found them Willing to make sacrifices to achieve their goals Understands the meaning of Respect and just doing the right thing Interested in making a difference not just come to work. Ability to come to work everyday and work well with others, leaving lifes problems outside. I could go on and on but Im sure you get the point.
Here are some requirements for each position to go along with those listed above.
Mechanic
The perfect fit would be a capable mechanic that wants more than just a normal shop. A person that wants the opportunity for GREAT things in a GREAT environment.
Some big resume from 20 years of turning wrenches is not needed if you are capable and have an understanding of working on vehicles Ill decide if you meet the needs.
Perform diagnostics on automobiles as required
Utilize software to obtain parts and labor requirements for repairs
Communicate with the service writer/manager and customers about repair status and needs
Perform state safety inspections as needed no certification required
Keep his/her work area clean and safe VERY IMPORTANT
Various miscellaneous duties as assigned by Owner, Performs other duties as assigned
Automotive Repair Knowledge - Minimum three years experience in automotive repair.Or possible graduate of Vocational school or similar training. ASE Certification is helpful but at minimum you must have thorough knowledge regarding Brakes, Suspension and Steering, and Heating and Air Conditioning, fuel system . Also if you are able to step outside the box and get more into Engine Performance and Upgrades, Vehicle Modifications, Electrical upgrades and improvements. Have the ability and equipment to Weld and fabricate, reconditioning, bodywork / paint, knowledge of Rims and Tires and other aftermarket parts are all a bonus. The more you know the faster we grow. Shop is very well equipped but having your own tools would be an asset.
Customer Relations & Interpersonal skills - Must be able to understand and meet customers' needs and expectations and build positive relationships with them.
Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate with others in a clear, understandable manner.
Problem Solving - Must be able to analyze information, identify alternatives, and make sound, logical decisions. Must maximize utilization of available resources.
Time Management - Must be able to perform multiple tasks and use time efficiently.
Flexibility - Must be able to adapt to change and be flexible in adjusting approach to meet the needs of different situations. Must be able to rotate among job functions as needed.
Computer Knowledge - Should be knowledgeable of Windows/ iOS based programs, with experience using Mitchell or a similar repair software package.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT-Must fully Understand the Importance of a clean well organized shop.
Work closely with owner to help growth of business.

All around Helper
Must be fit and able to perform physical labor such as Cleaning cars, unloading tires, any handyman ability would be great, keep shop organized, help transport and delivery of vehicles, assist with customers as needed, shows up on time and stays when needed, Ready to start your future, able to do what's needed to help continued growth of business and for themselves. Capable of listing items for sale on craigslist, offer up ect, Ready to get serious then you should call.
Office assistant
May be part time to start, must be well mannered, carry themselves with respect and ready to be part of something awesome. Computer experience with both IOS and Microsoft, Good writing skills, able to think on their feet, work closely with owner to help grow business and customer follow up.
