A Rhode Island based property management company has a rare and immediate opening for a full-time maintenance person / handyman to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
General Maintenance / Handyman Work for Residential Apartment Buildings.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical.
Required hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM.
Alternating “on-call” coverage; evenings and weekends. Very few after hour calls.
Qualifications:
Valid RI Driver’s License.
Pass background criminal check.
Compensation:
Up to $30.00 Per Hour Based on Experience.
Blue Cross / Blue Shield plan available.
