Hiring applicants for the positions of Carpenter and Laborer
We are a deck building company currently working in Rhode Island, Eastern, and Central Massachusetts specializing in composite decking in both residential and new construction. Looking for highly motivated individuals to join and grow with our team. Not just for a couple of months, but for years to come. With guaranteed year round work we want to add individuals ready to commit to our company and grow with us as we move forward. We will provide employees with the structure, knowledge, and ability to ensure that you not only make more money, but do so while enjoying and taking pride in working for a professional company with 20 years of excellence under its belt. Experience is preferred, but we also have the ability to provide you with the best training to ensure success for the employee and the company. After 90 days, every employee is eligible
To be hired you must:
Want
to work
to learn
to make more money
Have
valid drivers license
basic hand tools
basic knowledge of exterior carpentry
GPS enabled smartphone
Be able to
work 40+ hrs/week (including weekends)
work in inclement conditions safely and efficiently
work at elevations of 10+ ft
take direction
read a tape
properly operate power tools
lift 50+ lbs
use company software on a smartphone
