Seeking experience carpenter, handyman, skilled person who will be responsible for updating, renovating and remodeling apartments and single-family houses.
Experienced in Carpentry, framing, installing molding/trim, door, windows, laminate/vinyl plank flooring.
Not required but nice to have skills including sheetrock/drywall, patching/skim coating, painting, installing tile, light plumbing & electrical & other construction skills to help renovate houses and update apartments and houses.
