International Motor Group is looking for experienced Service Advisors/Writers to join our service team! We are growing and are looking for dedicated and motivated professionals who share the same passion we have here.
As a trusted Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the Service Technicians to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
· Greet customers and scheduling service appointments
· Document customers concerns and comments.
· Write service orders / Estimates and descriptions of problems and repairs
· Translate customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
· Explain repairs to customers and review service history
· Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
· Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
· Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
· Coordinate parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers.
· Provide the highest levels of customer service in order to retain dealership clientele.
Service Advisor Qualifications:
· Service advisor/writer experience required
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
· Professional appearance and attitude required
· Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast paced environment
· Must be reliable
