Established concrete company seeking a qualified Assistant Foreman to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
-Assist Foreman in overseeing daily concrete finishing operations
-Ensure quality and timely completion of projects (driveways, sidewalks, slabs, etc.)
-Train and supervise concrete finisher laborers
-Maintain accurate jobsite records and paperwork
-Manage material deliveries and inventory
-Assist with project planning and scheduling
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete finishing, with 1 year in a supervisory role
-Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
-Strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
-Valid driver's license required
