The room and space is quiet (again, the injector is not regularly there) has its OWN brand new temperature controlled heating system, a brand new adjacent restroom and a shared efficiency pantry with microwave, fridge, etc. Very open to installing a sink and counter which can be done within a week's time. Lots of referral potential!
Rent can be flat fee to include everything except internet. Month-to-month is preferred particularly if you are just starting up on your own - two months up front will be required. Leasing for periods of three months or longer, key for us is the find the right match. As noted, installation of sink and custom sized counter possible. Also open to revenue share.
