Rossi's Auto Care Inc. in West Warwick RI is a family owned, full service automobile repair shop that has been in business for more than 40 years. We are looking for a full-time automotive service advisor with a minimum of 5 years experience to work 45-50 hrs per week. Paid vacation, sick time, health insurance and 401k available.
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and starting the repair order process.
Generating estimates.
Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs.
Ensuring that all details on costs are conveyed to customers.
Scheduling, booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
Managing technician workflow and schedule.
Parts ordering.
Processing payments.
Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Service Advisor Requirements:
Experience in the automotive field.
A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
Proficiency with industry-specific software a plus (Mitchell 1/Snap-On).
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management/owner.
MUST have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5/6pm (alternating days), Saturday 8am to 1pm (alternating weekends).
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
Supplemental Pay: Annual Bonus
