Our client in Providence, RI is seeking a Mid Level full time direct hire Business Intelligence Developer. The BI Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: working with the business to design, develop, and manage BI solutions; performing analysis, problem solving, and providing documentation; and developing data collection and analysis policies and procedures. This is a development heavy position where analysis and communication skills will also be needed. To be considered, you must have:
- At least 3+ years of formal Business Intelligence and SQL experience
- Experience with one or more of the following BI platforms: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Microstrategy
- Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL solutions
- Solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work with the business to develop technical Business Intelligence solutions to fit their needs
- IT experience in a retail environment is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Systems, or a related field
- As COVID restrictions ease, this position will be 100% onsite
