Searching to add to our maintenance team in Pawtucket. Must have reliable transportation. May travel to North Providence and Pawtucket for our two properties. Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is needed. Painting, carpentry, snow removal/plowing work are all essential of this position. Working hours are usually from Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm. Emergency calls, some weekends, and on-call rotating duties are requirements of this job posting.
Hourly rate starts @ $22. You must have maintenance experience and include a resume for this ad, otherwise, you will not be considered. Job starts immediately upon hiring and passing of background check.
