Supports sales/service operations by answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the management team as requested
Candidate will need to be able to work Monday-Friday 8-5 (no weekends or evenings).
Answering calls promptly and in a professional manner
Will need to work with the sales department and generate internal repair orders.
Receipt in all sales deposits, service/parts customer payments
Other various administrative tasks (warranty transfer, tracking and basic accounting ).
