Homeowner Onboarding and Support Specialist

We are seeking a Homeowner Onboarding and Support Specialist to manage the integration of new homeowners and partners into our platform. This role requires proficiency in digital processes and familiarity with Apple MAC computers. The specialist will maintain homeowner satisfaction through active engagement and support throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Onboard new homeowners and partners, explaining processes and setting expectations.

Develop, manage, and update databases and record sets to ensure accurate information storage and easy retrieval.

Handle communications with homeowners, partners, and guests via email and phone calls.

Post and respond to guest reviews on Online Travel Agency (OTA) sites and business profiles.

Create and optimize rental listings to maximize visibility and attractiveness.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent guest experiences.

Maintain a paperless environment, utilizing digital tools and processes efficiently.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency with digital tools, especially Apple MAC computers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in customer service or client management, particularly in a digital or tech-forward environment.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields is preferred.
