Help the owner of a multifaceted business stay organized and keep projects moving. No experience needed—we’ll train the right person. This role touches property management, light manufacturing support, and basic social media.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate with the owner, teammates, tenants, customers, and vendors.
Sort, scan, and organize documents; keep digital files tidy.
Post basic listings on Facebook Marketplace.
Schedule appointments and manage a shared calendar.
Film short videos and post to social platforms (we’ll show you how).
Maintain a clean, welcoming front office area.
Pitch in on varied projects as needed.
What makes you a fit:
Positive, motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about learning.
Reliable with good follow-through; comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
Basic tech comfort (smartphone use, email, Google Docs/Sheets).
Nice to have (not required): Canva or simple video editing, Instagram/TikTok experience, valid driver’s license for occasional errands.

About us:
We’re restoring a historic mill complex in West Warwick. We manage a growing tenant base (storage to retail) and continuously build out new spaces. We also manufacture a line of our own products onsite.
Work setting: Onsite at the mill, some travel to Providence.
Present Schedule: 20 to 25hrs week.
M-F: 11:00 - 4:00 (we have some flexibility here).
