HiWe are a high-volume catering company seeking an admin/office assistant to join our team. Duties include fielding phone calls both inbound and outbound. Taking orders from customers, managing a calendar, data input to our data base systems and have a skill set with Microsoft excel. This is a full-time position and requires staff member to report to our office Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
