This position is responsible for operating all equipment including the Four-Slide, Transfer, Power Press, Heat Sink, Bridgeport, Metro Stamp and Lathes.
Knowledge of how to operate grinders, cnc, manual and vertical milling machines.
Perform all required machine operations to set-up, alter or repair tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and gauges.
Take measurements of reference points for setting the machine, make adjustments to the machine, performing periodic quality checks.
QC equipment including read and interpret blueprints, drawings, micrometers and calipers.
Communicate with team members on a regular basis regarding project updates.
Review task list and prioritize jobs based on due date.
Ability to adapt to changes to establish priorities and work independently
Strong time management and multitask skills.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Understand the health and safety regulations to reduce the risk of workplace accidents

The completion of an apprenticeship with an experienced tool setter is helpful.
Must have 5 plus years of experience working with manufacturing equipment.
Pay Range $18.00 - $24.00 depending upon experience
