Floral + Event Assistant
We are a growing floral and event design business located in Providence that is in need of a new assistant on the team.
We are willing to work with someone with or without floral experience, but with an eagerness to learn the trade.
Responsibilities included:
Process weekly floral orders
Designing wedding centerpieces and personal flowers
On-site wedding setups and breakdowns
Maintaining organization and cleanliness of studio
Assist owner in managing new and current clients
Creating design proposals
Assisting in the creation of a marketing calendar
Uploading to Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok
Preferred Qualifications:
Hard worker
Punctual
Willingness to learn and try new things
Eye for design and trends
Photoshop/Canva proficiency
Local to Rhode Island or Southern MA
Weekend availability and reliable transportation is a must. This is a freelance contract job, with hours fluctuating between 15-35 hours a week.
