Position: Social Media Manager & Customer Service Representative

About Us:

East Coast Embroidery is a leading provider of custom embroidery, screen printing, laser printing, and transfer services, specializing in creating high-quality customized apparel.

We are gearing up for the launch of our webstore and seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager and Customer Service Representative. Additional responsibilities will be assisting with office duties such as inventory, QC garments for customers and laser items on the production line from time to time.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.

- Manage the launch of the webstore, ensuring seamless integration and optimal customer experience.

- Oversee screen print, laser print, and transfer t-shirt sales, including inventory management and order fulfillment for all incoming garments.

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via email, phone calls, and social media channels.

- Conduct cold calls to prospect potential clients and expand our embroidery and screen print customer base.

- Maintain a positive and outgoing attitude to effectively represent the company's brand.

- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.

- Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn for business purposes.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and webstore management.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interaction.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
