We are looking to add an aggressive results-oriented person to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial nature, be extremely versatile, capable of multitasking and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Salary Range: $50K to $75K base per year depending on experience, with additional incentive bonus compensation plan that can reach over $100K total package compensation. This role also comes with company profit sharing plans.
Role Summary:
You will be joining a small, high-performing marketing team. Your goal will be growing sales of BedJet products via recruiting, training, and supporting high-performing affiliates and influencers. You will also work to grow BedJet sales via reseller and distribution partnerships with companies in the consumer sleep space.
Responsibilities:
Qualify inbound affiliate, influencer, and reseller partnership requests.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and social media influencers who have the potential to convert their audience into BedJet customers. This will include working with physicians, professional and Olympic athletes, and health and life coaches.
Identify, develop, and manage reseller and distribution partnerships in the sleep technology space, including online and retail mattress companies, sleep consultants and others.
Manage partner needs including deal negotiation, creative assets, offer setup, reporting, tracking, operations, and payments.
Coordinate new promotions with affiliates, influencer, and reseller partners.
Provide regular check-ins with affiliates/influencers and offer continuous feedback to optimize and improve campaign performance. Ensure all partners adhere to BedJet's brand standards.
Seek out and build relationships with industry contacts to uncover new business opportunities.
Other sales and marketing support responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as appropriate.
Qualifications:
This is not a remote position, the office location is in Newport, RI.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field, and 4+ years affiliate/influencer management experience, or ecommerce experience.
Experience using affiliate platforms, such as CJ, Impact, Refersion, etc.
Experience with influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.
Ongoing up-to-date knowledge of influencer trends
Preferred but not required to have knowledge with SEO tactics - content strategy, keyword research, ranking factors.
Excellent communication, project management, and relationship building skills.
