A rapidly growing Rhode Island Title Insurance company has an immediate need for an experienced Residential Real Estate Closing Attorney.Â
Work will be full-time onsite in East Providence.Â
In this role you will be responsible for assisting with legal considerations related to residential real estate transactions (financing, sales,Âpurchasing,Âetc), from contract to closing.
This position requires at least 2 years of transactional residential real estate law experience.Â
Position requires an active license to practice law in Rhode Island.Â
Strong experience negotiating and drafting real estate agreements required.
Must be comfortable interacting with people.Â
