Experienced Real Estate Paralegal
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in real estate law and a strong ability to manage transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
Manage deadlines and maintain detailed records of all documentation.
Prepare CD/HUD, Pre-closing tasks and post-closing tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal.
Strong knowledge of real estate closings
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
