We are seeking a skilled and experienced renovation partner to collaborate on multiple property renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various other areas of residential and commercial renovations including but not limited to:
Flooring installation
Install various types of flooring including hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, and carpet.
Prepare subfloor surfaces by leveling, sanding, and applying underlayment as necessary.
Ensure proper installation techniques to achieve a professional and durable finish.
Roofing Repair and Replacement
Assess the condition of existing roofs to determine repair or replacement needs.
Repair damaged shingles, flashing, and other roofing components to prevent leaks and water damage.
Install new roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, metal roofing, or flat roofing systems.
Ensure proper ventilation and insulation to improve energy efficiency and prolong the lifespan of the roof.
Basic Electrical and Plumbing
Install new light fixtures, switches, outlets, and wiring as needed.
Upgrade electrical systems to accommodate modern appliances and technology.
Install new plumbing features such as sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, and tubs.
Framing:
Construct structural frameworks for residential and commercial buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other framing materials according to precise specifications.
Install framing components using techniques such as nailing, screwing, and bolting to ensure structural integrity and stability.
Incorporate openings for doors, windows, and other fixtures into framing assemblies while maintaining proper support and alignment.
Exterior Renovations:
Replace or repair siding, fascia, and soffits to improve curb appeal
Install windows and doors
Upgrade outdoor living spaces with additions such as decks, patios, and pergolas.
Enhance landscaping and hardscaping features to create an inviting and functional outdoor environment.
Install fencing and gates for privacy, security, and aesthetic purposes.
Drywalling, Painting, and Plastering:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper adhesion and a smooth finish.
Cut, fit, and secure drywall panels according to precise measurements and layout specifications.
Repair damaged drywall caused by water leaks, impact damage, or normal wear and tear.
Apply paint using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, and spraying to achieve even coverage and consistent color.
Repair damaged or deteriorated paint and plaster to restore the appearance of walls, ceilings, and trim.
Exterior painting to refresh the appearance of siding, trim, doors, and other outdoor surfaces.
Commercial Space Renovations:
Design and build out commercial interiors to meet the specific needs and branding requirements of businesses.
Create functional and ergonomic workspaces that promote productivity and employee satisfaction.
Install commercial-grade fixtures, equipment, and furnishings for durability and longevity.
Implement sustainable design practices to reduce environmental impact and operating costs.
Ensure compliance with accessibility regulations and building codes to accommodate people of all abilities.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the existing team to plan and execute renovation projects across multiple residential and commercial properties.
2. Participate in various other areas of residential and commercial renovations.
3. Aid in ensuring that projects are completed within budgets and on schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
4. Assist subcontractors and vendors as needed to supplement the renovation team.
5. Work closely with property owners to understand their renovation goals and ensure their satisfaction with the final results.
6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in renovation techniques and materials.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in residential and commercial renovations.
2. Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members, subcontractors, and property owners.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
5. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently.
6. Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
7. Knowledge of accessibility requirements adhering to ADA guidelines and regulations.
8. Design and build out knowledge for interiors to meet the specific needs and requirements of businesses.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
8. Prior experience managing renovation projects or as a general contactor is preferred but not required.
