Emergency Services Production Manager
Location: Providence, RI | Full-Time | In-Person Leadership Role
Pay: $70,000 – $120,000 per year + bonus + benefits

We’re a veteran-owned restoration company serving Rhode Island with pride, speed, and care. When disaster strikes—floods, fires, mold, or trauma cleanup—we respond fast and restore with precision. Now, we’re looking for an Emergency Services Production Manager (ESPM) to lead our field operations and support a team of technicians through high-stakes, high-impact work.
Why this role matters:
You won’t sit behind a desk all day. You’ll be out in the field leading jobs, solving problems, coaching your team, and making sure customers feel seen and supported in the middle of chaos. You’ll work closely with insurance adjusters, manage emergency calls, and set the tone for what excellence looks like on every site.
What you’ll do:
Lead a team: Manage 8–12 field techs and 1 coordinator, run daily briefings, and provide on-site support
Own the job: From first call to final invoice, take point on active job sites, safety, documentation, and execution
Support clients: Be the senior face of our company—calm, capable, and clear in communication
Oversee performance: Track progress, hold the team accountable, and coach toward individual and team goals
Respond fast: Participate in the on-call rotation, respond to urgent calls, and deploy on larger events as needed
What you’ll need:
At least 1 year of experience in water, fire, flood, or mold restoration
Leadership or team management experience in the field
Confidence leading emergency jobs and interacting with clients, crews, and adjusters
Comfort with documentation and estimating tools (Xactimate, iRestore, etc.)
Willingness to travel locally and respond to emergency calls when scheduled
