Real Estate Property Management Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Associate to join our dedicated Service Team. As a Maintenance Associate, you will work alongside other members of our maintenance service team and independently to maintain the physical integrity of our residential and commercial rental properties at all times. This includes ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and REPM team members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; general upkeep/repairs to the apartments, commercial spaces, and common areas, the buildings and grounds, vacant apartment turns, trash removal, cleaning, landscaping, moving furniture and appliances.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm with 1/2 hour lunch (total of 40 hours per week). Weekends, and on-call hours are required as circumstances warrant.
Responsibilities
Apartment Cleanouts: Remove debris and prepare units for renovations or new tenants.
Apartment Demolition: Assist with the removal of fixtures, drywall, and other interior materials during unit renovations.
Landscaping: Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal maintenance. Rakes, sweeps, shovels, and salts property grounds as circumstances warrant.
Power Washing: Clean building exteriors, sidewalks and other surfaces to maintain cub appeal.
Maintain the physical property and immediately address/correct unsafe conditions.
Ensure assigned work is completed on schedule.
Work well in both a team environment as well as independently
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ability to interact professionally and efficiently with prospective and current residents, REPM team members and vendors.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50lbs., climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings and on roofs, stoop kneel and bend as well have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Able to work well independently and in a team.
Valid Driver’s License required.
