Light Maintenance/Janitorial

Part-time position (2-3 hours weekly) providing cleaning and light maintenance services for a small professional building in Warwick. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms (2), grounds, and occasional light maintenance (light bulbs, air filters, small repairs, etc.). Ideal for recent retiree. Work must be performed late Saturday, any time Sunday, or early Mondays. Monthly stipend and additional compensation for larger maintenance items.
