There is a job opening up for the coming season late March to mid-December for a respsonsible, hard-working individual.
This position requires punctuality, dependability, love of the outdoors, a driver's license, and command of English.
The duties are simple: mowing lawns with a walk-behind mower, trimming with a line trimmer, and trimming hedges with a gas-powered hedge trimmer. It involves using a backpack blower and/or a hand blower to blow debris off hard surfaces, some raking, loading and dumping of grass, leaf and brush debris.
Some experience is highly desired but anyone with common sense and a willingness to work with power tools can do this job.
The range of responsibility is wide open: from just doing daily tasks to being responsible for getting a schedule of work "done." How much responsibility you handle can be determined by how much you are willing to take on.
This is a small business. We have been in business for forty years, and it is time for some younger guys to join in.
The lawns are all in So Kingstown and Narragansett; it is generally an 8-hour day; and the pay is weekly. Full or part time considered.
