Tasks Include turning over apartments between tenants:
-Clean Outs, Patching, Painting, Cleaning, Caulking
-Basic Carpentry, Electrical, and Plumbing
-Installation of Fixtures, Toilets, Faucets, Blinds, and Door Knobs
Offer Details:
-Pay Rate: $19-$24/hr, based on experience and references
-Hours: 20 hrs/week (5 hrs/day) with flexible start times
-Trial Period: 2 weeks, with potential for more hours and long-term engagement based on performance
-Locations: North Smithfield, RI & Blackstone, MA
Requirements:
-Must possess own basic tools for the job
-Must have reliable transportation
-Professional references required for consideration of higher pay rate
-Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Portuguese
