Ida Lewis Yacht Club in Newport, RI is looking for a general utility employee to join our team for Commissioning the club from 3/10 March until May 10th ONLY.We are located on 170 Wellington Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.Responsibilities Provide general labor including moving boats, setting up down docks, ladders, moving furniture, adding signage, and assisting in light carpentry work. Assist in launching of docks and moving heavy items out of storage. Any other commissioning related tasks as directed by management. Qualifications Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. Must be energetic, self-motivated, able to take initiative. and willing to perform a wide variety of tasks for multiple different departments This is a short time contractual work situation from 3/10 until May 10th ONLY. Fulltime 40hrs a week. Overtime pay available if needed. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
