Fenway Realty Capital LLC. is seeking for HELPER to join our construction team as General Construction Workers. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for various tasks related to construction projects, ensuring the timely and successful completion of each project.
Responsibilities:
Perform general construction duties, including but not limited to, site preparation, demolition, and concrete work.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assist in the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, framing, and roofing.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Qualifications:
WE DON'T NEED PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE, WE NEED ENTRY LEVEL POSITION AND WILLING TO LEARN.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
WE DON'T PAY BY CONTRACT; WE PAY BY SALARY.
Please bring your own Car and construction tools.
