Full Time Position description:
Cleans, maintains grow rooms and cultivation facility at large, harvests plants, pruning and other maintenance tasks as assigned.
Full time position; individual must meet quotas to maintain employment
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Cleans and resets vegetation & flowering rooms
· Harvests plants
· Works closely with the Cultivation Manager on some elements of cultivation and production
· Assists in the transferring of plants from vegetative rooms to flower rooms
Performs packing for sales
· Performs all other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
· Must be Age 21 or older (required)
· Ability to learn fast and think on your feet
· Willing to complete numerous physical labor tasks throughout the day
· Ability to focus and be task oriented
· Complete tasks efficiently with minimal oversight
Physical capability: Indoor growing environment- requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and consistent attention to detail for several hours at a time. Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously. Ability to lift 60 lbs. unassisted and up to 80 lbs. assisted.
Authority & Supervision:
· Report directly to the Cultivation Manager
