American Seasons, a popular neighborhood restaurant in downtown Nantucket is looking for experienced, motivated line cooks to join our team for the 2024 season.
We operate late April until end of October. Accommodation is available if needed.
We are known for our tasty, no nonsense 'proper' style of cooking.almost all products are made in house, no shortcuts, using produce and ingredients sourced on island or nearby where possible.
Applicants should have a strong work ethic, take true pride in their work and station, have good communication skills and be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness, be dedicated and consistent in all aspects of the role.
