THE POSITION
We are seeking a strong Restaurant Manager with a passion for hospitality & sports. The role will be responsible for managing inventory, preparation, and day-to-day operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate has strong communication and leadership skills, is detail-oriented, customer service-motivated, and business-minded with the ability to think outside of the box.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing dining operation during service hours.
Training staff to provide consistent quality and the best possible experience to patrons.
Assists with purchasing and inventory.
Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that the venue is well staffed during peak hours.
Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests and client, as well as, other departments within the operation.
Planning and taking part in promotional events.
Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for staff and patrons.
CRITERIA
2 years of food service supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Typical work week will be 4 shifts, 30-40 hours total.
Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources.
Self-starter.
Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
