The right candidate for the Restaurant Manager role will have a strong hospitality and service background and be passionate about food, service and the guest experience. We want an experienced, quality driven leader with a passion for hospitality.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is able to provide;
Excellent guest service, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Operation of all dining service, including all meal periods and private dining
Hands on development and training of all service employees and positions-specific areas to include: Guest Service, Table Service, Etiquette and Food and Beverage Knowledge
Oversight of inventory, purchasing and storage of beverage and non-beverage service products and inventory
Oversight of and approval of weekly scheduling for front of house operations
Daily reconciliation of actual revenues and payroll to budget and forecast
Maintains professional relationships with other managers and subordinates in order to foster a culture of positivity, growth and teamwork
