Matunuck Oyster Bar is hiring Prep Cooks. Year round, full and part-time position available. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends. Experience preferred, but not required. Opportunity for cross training.
Responsibilities and Requirements; Prepare meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods as determined by recipe, technique and procedure; measure and mix ingredients according to recipes; restocking ingredients at stations, ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products; maintain a clean work area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves, have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation; positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast past paced environment.
Compensation based on previous experience and performance.
