The Mooring is looking for a Dining Room Supervisor, Server, Busser, Food Runner, Host, Barback, Line Cook, and Dishwasher to join the team.
Since 1981, The Mooring has provided our guests with warm hospitality, crafted beverages and ‘top-of-the catch’ seafood. Throughout our indoor and outdoor dining options, diners enjoy panoramic sunsets and nautical views over Narragansett Bay. About the Position:
Dining Room Supervisor: The Dining Room supervisor is responsible for supporting the Management team by overseeing and leading the daily restaurant operations. This individual will be responsible for contributing to the overall service quality of the restaurant by providing technical support to the team and ensuring a quality guest experience. $22-$27/Hour!
Server: In the Server role, you will be interacting, taking orders, and serving meals to guests in the dining area. $3.89/Hour - Plus Tips!
Busser: In the Busser role, you will be contributing to a pleasant dining experience by cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, or (at times) serving food. $6.15/Hour - Plus Tips!
Food Runner: In the Food Runner role, you will be calling out and verifying food orders in the restaurant, while also Assisting with delivery of food (or beverage when necessary) to guests. $6.15/Hour - Plus Tips!
Host: In the Host role, you will coordinate seating of guests to provide fast and courteous service. $17-$19/Hour!
Barback: In the Barback role, you will be cleaning bar and equipment, and replenishing bar supplies such as liquor, fruit, ice, and dishes. $6.15/Hour - Plus Tips!
Line Cook: In the Line Cook role, you will be preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food for customers. $18-$22/Hour!
Dishwasher: In the Dishwasher role you will be working to maintain the kitchen work areas, ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and orderly – helping to keep the front and back of house operations moving smoothly. $17-$18/Hour!
