About the Positions:
Sushi & Raw Bar Cook: In the Sushi & Raw Bar Cook role, you will be responsible for preparing and executing raw seafood dishes, focusing on sashimi, tartares, sushi rolls, and other creative raw fish presentations. This role blends artistry, precision, and technical expertise to enhance our menu offerings and deliver exceptional dining experiences. $20-$25/hour!
Busser: In the Busser role, you will be contributing to a pleasant dining experience by cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, or (at times) serving food. $7.40/hour PLUS tips!
Host: In the Host role, you will coordinate seating of guests to provide fast and courteous service. $16-$19/hour!
