Persimmon Restaurant is looking for a line cook with at least two years of hot-line experience. The position involves fryer cooking, roasting and sauté cooking. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. A culinary degree is preferred, but not required.
Persimmon is open Wednesday-Saturday from 5pm to 10pm and we are flexible with scheduling. This can be a full-time or part time position.
