Cowesett Pizza is coming up on its 40th year in business and is family owned, community and people focused business serving quality product with an emphasis on top notch ingredients and making sure their employees have a living wage and quality of life. We give back substantially to our community and are rewarded with an incredibly busy shop. There are multiple areas of expansion happening and we need help keeping up with growth and supporting our awesome team, plus new segments.
Currently we have 20-25 hours to fill immediately for a driver however the ideal candidate would like to be cross trained to help in front, on phones, food running and cashing people out. That would be full time and eligible for the benefits even if doing two different jobs. We cultivate talent and find where to fit people the best. We have guarantee catering contracts with tips, driver fees paid to them and very generous base pay 3x the tipped employees Minimum wage. Hourly for the front is tiered based on experience but higher than any retail around. WE INVEST IN OUR EMPLOYEES! Comp is the best around but the job is demanding and we have a great team that must maintain its culture. We will pick the candidate that fits the best.
