Our Sous chef will:
Assist Head Chef in monitoring kitchen activities
Oversee food preparation, and kitchen organization in chefs absence.
Prepare meals and food to meet the specifications of guests in a timely manner
Properly measure kitchen ingredients, including recipes and portion sizes
Ensure kitchen staff adhere to set standards, procedures, health department rules & sanitationrequirements
Work pantry, grill, fryer, oven and stove.
Ensure proper food handling and storage
Keep workstations and kitchen equipment clean, organized and sanitized.
