RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead and inspire the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities.
Manage scheduling, staff training, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management or a similar role.
Experience as a Server and Bartender.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry best practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
