Technical Solutions ArchitectJob DescriptionThe Technical Solutions Analyst is involved in the general operation of our corporate website – including functional definition, user experience (UX), feedback management, documentation, training, and more. This technically savvy person will work cross-functionally with our global team of stakeholders and contributors to execute on the web team’s goals. The candidate must be a self-motivated, proven leader, who can understand our business purpose, the impact on customers, and the technical implications of different solutions. This role provides an opportunity to combine multiple skill sets to make a highly visible impact on our business.Responsibilities:

· Work with Sales, Marketing, Business and Distribution partners to define enhancements and new website features & functions.

· Work closely with the development team and external vendors to create development requirement specifications

· Organize and lead functionality demos for stakeholders and internal team members alike during user acceptance testing

· Create and lead workshops between technical teams and business stakeholders to generate thorough project requirements and turn these requirements into tickets for each team to deliver on.

· Lead development hand-off meetings as needed, conveying technical and functional requirements and stakeholder expectations to engineering resources.

· Working closely with Product Management leadership, participate in defining the corporate website roadmap, creative opportunities, and development priorities.

· Build and maintain documentation for website functionality and business rules.

· Manage internal and customer feedback.

· Monitor competitive website features/functions and perform benchmarking.

· Participate in analytics, SEO, and marketing automation efforts.

· Create training material to educate users and contributors about website functionality & features

· Drive and project manage initiatives from inception to completion

· Use website metrics to assess business impact and priorities

· Prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

· Work independently as well as collaboratively with a cross-functional, global team

Requirements:

· Strong technical web background, capable of understanding website architecture and complex feature implementations

· Solid understanding of web-related server and networking functions

· Natural communicator who brings positive energy

· Diligent/detail-driven/schedule-driven

· Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, lending technical acumen to design, UX, QA, etc. teams to drive projects forward.

· Extensive experience working on projects using web-based technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JS, PHP

· Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, Slack

· Must be a self-starter comfortable generating plans / requirements with minimal direction from leadership, leveraging experience and best practices to complete task at hand.

Qualifications

· 10+ years experience developing websites, software, or managing development teams

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Focus on productivity and responsiveness

· A good understanding of UI/UX best practices

· Experience with Google Analytics and/or Google Looker Studio

· Experience with Drupal CMS

· Experience working for a web agency

· Deep knowledge of agile and traditional frameworks

· Experience with AI-related web technologies

· Experience with internal website search engines

· Experience in the semiconductor industry or B2B

· Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation systems

· Experience with SEO and search rank tracking tools

· Working knowledge of international accessibility and data compliance standards

Education: B.S. in computer science or other engineering/science discipline
