SAP Success Factors Consultant/ Employee Central (EC)

• Responsible for configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Configure the Mass Change feature within EC for mass changes to user and company data.
• Use import and export features to assist the client with cleaning up data in EC
• Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
• Lead and manage teams or work streams to contribute to the Employee Central implementation and overall project success
• Provide ongoing technical expertise and operational consultation on system functionality, system upgrades, configuration, and reporting/analytics.
