Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Research Analyst based in Providence, Rhode Island. As a Research Analyst, you will be working within the construction industry, providing data compilation, analysis, and scrubbing to support Program Managers. The role will also involve tracking team deliverables and creating reminders for upcoming deadlines. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive data compilation and organization for Construction Customer Meter Services and Field Operations reporting. Perform data analysis and generate both periodic and ad-hoc reports. Scrub data through research using various internal systems and external public databases. Maintain a system of tracking due dates for various team deliverables and set reminders as deadlines approach. Work independently on extensive data scrubbing projects. Interpret information and analyze relationships among several parts of a problem or situation, articulating findings that lead to resolution. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Reporting, with a focus on clarity and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced functions and data visualization tools. Strong Planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Significant experience in Research, both qualitative and quantitative. Familiarity with Database management and maintenance. Proven ability in Data Analysis, including interpretation and presentation of data. Knowledge of Construction industry is preferred. Skilled in Research Analysis, with the ability to synthesize complex information. Experience in creating comprehensive Deliverables on a consistent basis. Familiarity with Ad Hoc Reporting, and the ability to create custom reports as needed. Fluency in at least one additional language for Language Interpretation tasks. Proven competency in Compilation of data from multiple sources. Experience in Field operations is an asset, particularly within a research context.
