Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our team onsite at a leading pharmaceutical company in Providence, RI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of general office coordination and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of their facilities. This job is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm.Key Responsibilities:-Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office, including stocking the kitchen, managing office supplies and inventory, and tracking expenditures.-Intake and manage service requests within the facilities management system, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.-Track and monitor purchase orders, liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain accurate records.-Collaborate with various departments to support ongoing facility needs and projects.-Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and compliance standards.Pay Range: $20/hr - $30/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
