Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk for our operations based in Providence, Rhode Island. The role involves an array of administrative tasks including data entry, maintaining client information, and assisting in various department tasks as needed. This role necessitates meticulous attention to detail and a comfort level with phone-based tasks. Responsibilities: Follow up with attorneys and paralegals to collect any missing data Accurately register clients into the system after initial intake Ensure all necessary paperwork is in place Assist the department with miscellaneous tasks when needed Utilize a checklist to identify what is needed or missing in form-driven tasks Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks Comfortably handle phone-based tasks Receive training on the necessary software, including Cognito for client information and Cleo for billing Perform data entry tasks related to general accounting Provide excellent customer service and administrative office support Utilize QuickBooks and MS Office in daily tasks. Requirements Proficiency in using MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Familiarity with QuickBooks and general accounting principles Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing a high standard of service Prior experience in an administrative office role, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate data High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Willingness to undertake continuous learning and development to keep skills up to date Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
